Rent:
The basic rental for one performance, is Sunday through Thursday $1,500.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater. Basic rental for Friday, Saturday and Holidays is $2,000.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater. An additional $500.00 fee is charged for each hour over four (4) hours. The four hour period commences with the opening of house, usually one hour prior to the start of the event.

Box Office Service Fee:

Box office facilities and trained personnel are provided at our facility. Tickets are handled by the Township Auditorium and through Ticketmaster.

Box Office Service Fee is 3% of Gross Ticket Sales at the Box Office only.

South Carolina Admissions Tax is 5% of Ticket Sales

Richland County Local Government Tax is $.35 per paid Ticket.

Lessee is responsible for all credit card fees related to its sales at the Township Box Office only.

Personnel Cost:
Volunteer labor is NOT allowed. Please contact us at (803) 576-2350 for estimated cost for the following:

    • Stage Manager/Stage Hand/ Master Electrician
    • Security
    • Ushers
    • Ticket Takers and House Manager
    • Firemen
    • Other personnel as needed

Equipment Cost:
The Township has equipment available for rent. Please contact us at (803) 576-2350 for estimated costs.

Additional Charges:
Festival seating is NOT allowed. Removal of seating in our Orchestra levels is as follows:

Sections A & B Only
$700.00
Sections A, B, C & D
$1,700.00

Novelty Charges:
The Township Auditorium reserves the right to sell all novelties on its premises. The house fee for novelty sales is 25% plus 7% South Carolina Sales Tax. House provides novelty sellers.
