Concessions Policy:

The Columbia Township Auditorium Foundation reserves exclusive rights to control and profit from food/beverages sales at all events. Lessee is prohibited from selling or giving away any food/beverage items without written consent of the Township Auditorium. 

 

License/Permits:

Lessee is responsible for acquiring all necessary licenses and permits. Appropriate alcohol permits are required for catering functions serving alcohol. 

 

Novelty Charges:

The Township Auditorium reserves the right to sell all novelties on its premises. The house fee for novelty sales is 25% plus 7% South Carolina Sales Tax. House provides novelty sellers. 

 

Production Charges:

Lessee is responsible for all front and back of house labor, equipment, etc. costs associated with the In/Out and Performance of the event. 

 

Parking:

The Township Auditorium reserves the exclusive right to control and sell parking spaces located in the parking lot. Lessee MAY NOT charge for parking nor exercise any authority over the lot without the written permission of the Township Auditorium. 

 

Advertising:

The Township has our own in house advertising department to handle any promotion needs your event may require. For information on this department please contact Tresha Clark at (803) 576-2355. 

 

Insurance requirements:

Liability insurance must be obtained for each event held at The Township Auditorium. A copy of the policy must be provided to the facility with a signed contract and deposit.

Insurance coverage must be at least $1,000,000.00 per injury and $2,000,000.00 per occurrence with the following additional insured:
     • Township Auditorium
     • Richland County
